  • Duties:

    • Defend and litigate lawsuits encompassing a diverse range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
    • Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law matters.
    • Represent employers in court proceedings, administrative hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, handling cases such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreements.
  • Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with outstanding academic achievements.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in employment law preferred.
    • Active admission to the Illinois Bar in good standing.
    • Familiarity with current state and federal agency procedures related to employment law.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

  • Education and Certifications:
