Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior associates to join its Real Estate Group in Chicago. Candidates will engage in a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing.

Location:

Duties:

  • Manage complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

  • Participate in a mentor program tailored for lateral associates to support professional transitions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in Illinois.
