Duties:

• Manage client interactions and monitor ongoing treatment plans
• Negotiate with insurance companies and medical providers for optimal client outcomes
• Oversee case approvals and serve as secondary client contact
• Engage in comprehensive case management from initiation to resolution
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and responsive support
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting and provide leadership when necessary

Requirements:

• Active NC State Bar License
• Preferred: Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience
• Experience in personal injury law is beneficial

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Completion of Bar Exam and active licensure in North Carolina
