A law firm seeks a highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney with at least five years of experience in injury law to join their growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. Duties

• Handle personal injury cases, from pre-litigation to trial, including serious injury cases.
• Manage a manageable caseload, allowing for more direct client interaction and stronger relationships.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial prep.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and settlement conferences as required.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case progression.
• Provide clients with regular case updates and guide them through the legal process.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and ensure a thorough, client-centered approach to each case.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in personal injury law, particularly with serious injury cases.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
• Strong litigation and pre-litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases while maintaining quality client relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and client-focused with a strong desire to advocate for injured individuals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona.
