The ideal candidate will bring strong legal research, writing, and client communication skills while collaborating with senior attorneys and managing litigation cases independently when needed.

Duties

• Perform in-depth legal research and analysis for various litigation matters
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Support case preparation and manage the progress of ongoing litigation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals
• Attend court hearings and trials, providing support to senior attorneys
• Review, analyze, and summarize complex legal documents
• Participate in settlement negotiations and strategy discussions

Requirements

• Experience in litigation or similar legal fields
• Strong proficiency in legal research and writing
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
