The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in handling legal matters related to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This role involves providing expert legal counsel, representing clients in disputes, conducting thorough research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The candidate must be admitted to the Bar and have a strong understanding of elder care law and facility regulations.

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding nursing home and assisted living facility matters.
  • Represent clients in legal disputes involving nursing homes and assisted living facilities, including wrongful death, neglect, and abuse claims.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements and lead mediations to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to elder care and facility management.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to individual client needs.

Requirements:
