Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Miami, FL.

Job Overview:

As a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be crucial in handling complex litigation matters. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, contributing to case strategy development and ensuring high-quality legal representation.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal staff.
• Collaborate with experts and witnesses in case preparation.
• Assist development and deposition preparation.
• Review, draft, and file discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Contribute to the development of case strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.

Education and Certifications:

• Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.
• Additional degrees such as MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology are advantageous.
