A dynamic law firm is seeking a Senior Healthcare M&A Associate Attorney for its Nashville office. The ideal candidate will possess five to seven years of experience in healthcare transactions, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the sector.

Duties

  • Lead and manage healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents (e.g., asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements)
  • Conduct due diligence processes and identify legal and regulatory risks
  • Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice to clients
  • Manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously while ensuring client expectations are met
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, including communication with C-suite executives
  • Mentor and train junior associates and support staff
  • Collaborate with various practice areas such as tax, antitrust, and employment

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare M&A transactions

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
