A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. Duties:

  • Handle a wide range of employment law litigation matters in federal and Texas courts.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Provide legal analysis and counsel to clients on employment law matters.
  • Represent clients during mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and achieve client goals.
  • Stay current on federal and Texas employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 30 years of experience in employment law litigation.
  • Solid understanding of federal and Texas employment laws.
  • Strong legal research and briefing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues effectively.
  • Experience in commercial litigation is a plus but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligibility to obtain Texas Bar admission.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
