A law firm seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landlord-tenant matters and a commitment to providing exceptional legal representation in Housing Court.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in Housing Court and other relevant courts throughout New York City.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in New York City Housing Courts.
  • Proven trial and hearing experience.

  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
