Duties:

  • Manage and oversee client matters related to Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

  • Guide families and individuals through the estate administration process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their legal needs responsively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Attend hearings, meetings, and court proceedings as necessary for case advancement.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active, licensed attorney in Massachusetts.
  • Previous experience in Estate Planning and Estate Administration law.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
