Job Overview: A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney with experience in real property and community association law to join its legal team in either Tallahassee or Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience providing general counsel services to community associations or business entities. This role primarily involves acting as general counsel, drafting legal documents, advising clients, and attending meetings. Some light courtroom appearances and drafting pleadings will be required in support of litigation counsel.
