Duties:

• Represent clients in bodily injury defense, construction, and other insurance defense matters.
• Handle civil litigation cases from inception through trial.
• Take depositions, attend oral arguments, and represent clients in court hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client communication effectively.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Report to clients on case status and progress.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure case success.
• Uphold confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong background in bodily injury defense.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and in a team setting.
• Texas Bar licensure in good standing (required).
• Licensure in additional states is a plus.
• Willingness to meet high client expectations and deliver exceptional legal service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the Texas Bar (required).
• Additional state bar memberships (preferred).
