Job Duties:

• Serve as a Boston market leader, driving revenue and team growth.
• Act as an in-office leader, fostering culture, camaraderie, and professional collaboration.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on market growth plans and strategy.
• Make improvement recommendations to partners and firm leadership.
• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service, including regular client updates and case reviews.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 10+ years of domestic litigation experience.
• Experience as 1st chair in family law cases and handling complex litigation matters.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
