This position is suitable for attorneys with two or more years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client service and have the necessary qualifications to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Duties

• Manage and handle insurance coverage litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research to develop and support litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide effective legal advice and representation.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations, advocating for clients' interests.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure accurate documentation of all proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective advocacy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple cases effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
