Duties:

• Defend and litigate a wide range of employment-related lawsuits and agency charges of discrimination.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on complex employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration for matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete cases.
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that align with client's business goals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment or commercial litigation; employment law background is highly preferred.
• Admission to the Indiana Bar in good standing.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.

Education:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Indiana Bar.
