This full-time role involves working closely with senior attorneys, providing legal representation to both corporate and individual clients, and managing a variety of legal matters in a collaborative, supportive environment. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings
• Assist senior attorneys with case management and trial preparation
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and managing client expectations
• Collaborate with the legal team on case strategy and development
• Handle civil litigation matters and participate in trial proceedings
• Provide day-to-day representation and legal counsel to clients

Requirements:

• 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Trial and courtroom experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Knowledge or interest in medicine and anatomy is a plus
• Must be self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar License
