Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A reputable law firm in Fairfield, NJ, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in Matrimonial/Family and Criminal Law. This is a full-time, in-person role offering the opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters and develop professionally within a dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court hearings and appearances.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and other documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Meet and communicate with clients regarding case developments.

• Perform additional responsibilities related to the practice of law.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Matrimonial/Family Law and Criminal Law.
• Valid and current New Jersey Bar license in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
