Duties:

  • Assist in forming and maintaining corporate entities, including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and other business documents
  • Perform legal research and prepare memoranda on complex corporate and transactional issues
  • Support senior attorneys with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions
  • Work directly with clients, providing legal guidance and demonstrating strong communication skills
  • Collaborate across practice areas to offer comprehensive legal services

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate or transactional law
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in Minnesota
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in corporate/transactional law
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Minnesota (Required)
