Job Overview: A law firm specializing in personal injury cases seeks a motivated Pre-Litigation Injury Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will handle negotiations with insurance companies and oversee a dedicated team to achieve favorable client outcomes.

Duties:

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies.
• Supervise a team that includes a case manager, case admin, and medical lien negotiator.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations and develop effective strategies for clients.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely updates on case progress.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support litigation efforts when necessary.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Must have passed the Bar Exam in California.
• 1+ years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• 1+ years of experience in negotiation.
• Strong desire to advocate for and represent the underdog.
• Excellent communication, grammar, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Demonstrated resilience, hunger for success, and eagerness to learn.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
