• Provide mediation services for both legal and non-legal workplace conflicts.
• Prepare detailed reports and legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in employment law.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in workplace investigations and providing employment law counsel.
• High emotional intelligence and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong writing and report preparation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
