Real Estate Counsel

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Counsel to join its dynamic team in New York City, NY, with a focus on real property development for renewable energy clients. This non-partnership track role involves working closely with industry-leading clients in a range of real estate development and transactional matters. Duties

• Represent renewable energy clients in complex real property transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate law.
• Proficiency in title matters; experience with renewable energy development is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
