Duties:

• Conduct interviews and prepare witnesses for court testimony.
• Appear in court to represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Perform legal research to address specific issues in cases.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the organization and filing of legal documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active Indiana Bar License.
• Prior experience in family law is highly preferred.
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Must have passed the Indiana Bar exam and hold an active license.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Indiana State Bar.
