The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with proficiency in both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Duties:

• Manage and prosecute personal injury claims from pre-litigation through trial, focusing on Nevada-based cases.
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including depositions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents including motions, briefs, and memorandums.
• Evaluate medical records, liaise with medical professionals, and understand medical causation to build strong cases.
• Conduct and defend depositions, court conferences, and procedural motions.
• Provide counsel in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) forums and during settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, medical experts, and attorneys to ensure seamless case progression.
• Manage complex litigation files, ensuring adherence to Nevada state and federal rules.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada Bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury claims, particularly in Nevada.
• Proven track record in personal injury litigation in both federal and state courts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients, attorneys, and experts.
• Strong research and writing abilities, particularly in legal briefs, motions, and memos.
• Capable of working independently and managing a high caseload with attention to detail.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar (required).
