Duties

  • Conduct legal research to support investment fund operations and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and other work activities as required.
  • Perform additional duties to support role responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
