Associate Attorney - DWI & Vehicular Crimes Defense

Duties:

• Organize and maintain detailed client files for easy access by legal and support teams.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to resolve cases promptly and effectively.
• Conduct legal research, prepare for hearings and other proceedings, and provide general counsel under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Analyze complex legal issues, offer clients clear solutions, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Manage individual caseload with discretion and independence, including representing clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license (required).
• Membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with experienced attorneys to address client needs and expand client services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar certification (required).
