Job Overview: A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its dedicated team specializing in DWI and vehicular crime defense. Duties:

  • Analyze complex legal issues, offer clients clear solutions, and negotiate on their behalf.
  • Manage individual caseload with discretion and independence, including representing clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license (required).
  • Membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with experienced attorneys to address client needs and expand client services.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar certification (required).
