Duties:

• Court Representation: Represent clients at various stages of criminal cases, including arraignments, pre-trials, and hearings, under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Defense Strategy Development: Assist in performing legal research, drafting motions, and developing comprehensive defense strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with experienced defense attorneys, gaining valuable mentorship and learning opportunities.
• Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their cases.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must be a licensed attorney in California, with a Juris Doctor (JD) and successful completion of the California Bar.
