A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Mid/Senior-level Labor and Employment Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned attorney with a strong academic background, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to handle various aspects of Labor and Employment law.

Job Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients in Labor and Employment law, with a focus on areas such as employee recruiting and defection, trade secrets, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure agreements, and other employment contract matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide guidance on labor and employment issues to clients.
  • Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, negotiations, and litigation.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to address complex legal issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience practicing Labor and Employment law.
  • Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Exceptional academic achievements.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Experience with FINRA Dispute Resolution is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Pennsylvania Bar admission.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment law.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
