Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance coverage issues.

• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex insurance cases.
• Manage a caseload independently while also supporting senior attorneys as needed.
• Stay updated on developments in insurance law and litigation trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania (PA), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), or Delaware (DE); additional state Bar admissions are considered helpful.
• 2-5 years of experience, specifically in insurance coverage litigation.
• Proven track record of handling insurance claims and litigation matters.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and adversaries.
• Confidence and experience in appearing in court and presenting legal arguments.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• Experience with both first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters.
• Prior experience in commercial litigation related to insurance disputes.
