A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will work with sophisticated clients and collaborate with top talent. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, title/survey issues, leasing, lending, and development.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analytical support for transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to navigate complex deals and market participants.
  • Manage and coordinate various aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Advise clients on real estate legal matters and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in complex real estate transactions.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Colorado Bar admission preferred.
  • Strong academic performance and superb drafting skills.
  • Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, title/survey, leasing, lending, development, and/or general corporate law is preferred.
  • Comfort with complex transactions and sophisticated market participants.

Skills:

  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in handling complex real estate matters and legal research.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

  • Colorado Bar admission preferred.
