Duties

• Manage a caseload of first-party property defense cases from initiation to resolution.

• Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys and clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic counsel.
• Stay informed on industry trends, case law, and legislative changes affecting first-party property litigation.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Florida and good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in first-party property litigation or insurance defense.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively advocate for clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
