Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in civil litigation, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, workplace harassment, and mass torts.
• Draft complaints and responses to discovery, including demurrers.
• Manage the entire litigation process, from conducting depositions to preparing for and participating in jury trials.
• Build relationships with clients, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and compassion.
• Contribute to case strategy, including formulating legal arguments and advising clients on legal options.
• Participate in the firm’s referral program and help bring in new cases, earning a referral bonus for successful case intake.

Requirements

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, or similar fields.
• Proven ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motions, and trial work.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to advocate effectively in court.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the growth of the firm.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with the ability to commute to the Beverly Hills office as needed.

Education

• Doctorate in Law (J.D.) required.

Certifications

• Valid California Bar License required.
