Location:

Duties:

  • Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
  • Communicate and provide updates to clients and their insurers as needed.
  • Offer expert legal advice and counsel to clients regarding case strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day litigation tasks and ensure case progression.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and Arizona law.
  • Proven experience in drafting, filing, and arguing motions.
  • Skilled in trial preparation, courtroom representation, and deposition conduct.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities for case analysis and strategy development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Active member of the Arizona State Bar.
  • Experience with construction defect or casualty claims is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
