Job Overview:

The firm represents a diverse range of local, national, and international clients in complex litigation, offering the chance to work in various courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial, corporate, and financial services disputes.

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate phases.

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal counsel.

• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience, particularly in commercial and corporate disputes.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters independently.

• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality legal work.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• An active Bar license in Utah is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in Utah.
