Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Colorado. This position is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience who possess strong writing and interpersonal skills. Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing deadlines.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, with a keen attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and develop case plans.
• Attend court proceedings and assist with trial preparation when needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar Association.
• Preferred 2-5 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• Trial experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
