Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 8+ years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in complex debt transactions including acquisition financings, first and second lien facilities, mezzanine loans, asset-based credit facilities, cash flow deals, and leveraged finance transactions involving private equity sponsors and large corporate borrowers. Large firm or finance boutique experience is preferred. Washington D.C., Maryland, and/or Virginia Bar admissions are preferred.

The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of company financial statements and financial covenants. Should demonstrate superior written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Must be organized, diligent, and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively in a first-chair role.

This mid-sized firm represents a broad range of business, commercial and litigation practices. On the corporate side, substantive areas of law practiced include securities, mergers and acquisitions, tax, health care, estate planning, public finance, real estate, commercial lending, intellectual property, international and trade finance. Litigation services provided to their clients include commercial and banking litigation, medical malpractice and product liability defense, intellectual property matters, construction contract disputes, employment litigation and environmental law.
