  • Represent clients for non-contested conservatorship and trust modification petitions as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with legal services.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to optimize client service delivery and firm operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience practicing estate planning law.
  • Active license and good standing with the California Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning principles, tax implications, and relevant laws.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Education and Certifications:
