Job Details:

• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Superior research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to navigate a multi-matter docket.
• Experience with class action defense and complex commercial litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
• Previous clerkship is preferred.
• Must be barred in California.
• Class Action experience is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• California Bar admission.
