Location:

Duties:

  • Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Draft petitions, complaints, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Organize and maintain case files, tracking deadlines, and managing caseloads effectively.
  • Represent clients in property casualty litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
  • Learn the business aspects of practicing law and contribute to firm growth.

Requirements:

  • Property casualty litigation experience preferred.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana; additional state bar memberships are a plus.
  • Strong experience with case management, legal writing, and discovery.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in Louisiana.
