Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar (California preferred).
  • Experience or strong interest in trusts and estates law.
  • Knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Effective communication and client service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
