Investigations Counsel

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an investigations counsel with experience drafting legal documents and pleadings. The candidate will be analyzing potential cases and identifying key legal issues and strategies. Will be drafting complaints and other legal documents for filing in court. Collaborating with in-house computer forensic engineers to gather and analyze technical evidence in support of cases. Assisting with the management and coordination of discovery and other pre-trial litigation activities. Providing legal research and analysis to support the firms litigation efforts. Should have admission to a State Bar. A strong understanding of technology and the ability to work with computer forensic engineers to gather and analyze technical evidence is needed.

The candidate should have a JD degree. Should have strong research and writing skills. The ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and pursue new case opportunities is required. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is needed. Must have a passion for consumer protection and social justice issues.
