Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, PA. This position offers the opportunity to represent clients in personal injury cases, manage litigation processes, and advocate for clients in pre-trial and trial settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury cases and a strong ability to build relationships with clients while achieving favorable outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to evaluate cases.
• Oversee and manage pre-trial litigation, including case organization and strategy.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other essential court documents.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, to build and strengthen cases.
• Represent clients in settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Prepare for and manage all aspects of trial litigation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, including arbitrations and trials in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Familiarity with processing PIP claims in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Previous experience working in a law firm setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with empathy and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
