• Draft and review legal briefs, pleadings, and correspondence related to litigation
• Maintain and document file activity following client and firm protocols
• Represent clients in court across various jurisdictions within the state
• Conduct legal research, analyze rulings, and provide legal opinions for review
• Communicate effectively with clients to strengthen and maintain client relationships
• Stay updated on changes in local, state, and federal laws through continuing education
• Perform other tasks as needed to support litigation efforts

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California, with no disciplinary record
• Familiarity with the civil litigation process, especially state and federal consumer protection laws, is preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work with others to deliver high-quality solutions
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership capabilities to motivate and guide colleagues towards achieving goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
