Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation or equivalent judicial clerkship experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and craft compelling arguments.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Exceptional academic credentials are highly preferred.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is preferred.
