Duties

• Handle all phases of civil litigation for first-party insurance claims, including discovery, depositions, and motions.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in managing cases.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.

• Attend hearings and represent clients in court as needed.

• Perform legal research and prepare documents such as pleadings and briefs.

• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities in managing case outcomes.

• Travel locally and occasionally overnight as required.

Requirements

• Florida Bar License (Required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client advocacy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Comfortable handling litigation discovery and case management tasks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
