A law firm in Richland, WA, is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney II with a distinguished track record in mediation, trial, legal analysis, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, marketing prowess, and the ability to manage a demanding schedule. This role requires substantial experience in mediation, trial, legal research, and writing, along with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. The candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the state or eligible for reciprocal admission.

 

Duties:

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
