Duties:

  • Analyze and review medical records for case preparation and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality legal representation.

  • Periodically report on case progress and provide updates to the firm.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or New Hampshire Bar, as applicable).
  • Experience in medical malpractice litigation is required; additional experience in personal injury law is preferred.
  • Strong skills in conducting depositions, drafting legal documents, and trial preparation.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with case management software, Microsoft Office, and e-filing systems.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Massachusetts or New Hampshire Bar.
