Job Overview:
A law firm in Addison, Texas, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to provide legal counsel on complex real estate transactions and finance matters. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing of commercial properties. Duties:

  • Conduct due diligence and manage title and survey reviews for real estate transactions.

  • Assist in structuring and closing real estate and financing transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial lending, and financial structuring.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
