A law firm seeks an experienced securities attorney with a minimum of six years in managing structured securities offerings. This position requires a strong background in commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, contributing to significant legal initiatives.

Duties:

  • Represent a variety of public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, across diverse transactions.
  • Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements for commercial real estate.
  • Provide expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, analyze, and review critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.

  • Efficiently handle multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • At least six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
