Duties

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong drafting, research, and writing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
